The Troopers will headquarter at the Indianapolis Hilton – 3 blocks from Lucas Oil Stadium - for the 2009 Drum Corps International World Championships. Hotel Reservation Information

Check in as early as Wednesday. Check out is 11am on Sunday. Rooms are double-occupancy at the $144.00 rate. All reservations are first come, first serve basis and must be booked through www.dci.org/indyhotels using the promo code DCITRO0809. Choose from King, Deluxe Queen or traditional queen room accomodations. A limited number of hotel rooms have been reserved under this special Troopers DCI week headquarters promotion:

• Fees for extra guests: 2nd guest=0.00, 3rd guest=0.00, 4th guest=0.00 [per adult]
• Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled after July 1, 2009 will be charged a $25 processing fee. Reservations cancelled after July 23, 2009 may be charged a one night + tax cancellation fee by the hotel.
