2009 Tour Mail

Friends, Family! Moms & dads, aunts, uncles, grandparents, brothers, sisters..... anyone and everyone should use this form to send email messages to their favorite Trooper during this special 50th anniversary season. Tour mail volunteers across the country are ready to hand deliver messages along the 2008 Summer Music Games Tour. To see the next scheduled email delivery date, check the corps schedule page.

My Message:

*Note: Only email messages submitted using this form will be forwarded to volunteers for delivery. We make every effort to deliver these messages in a timely manner. We cannot, however promise that members will receive deliveries each and every day during the summer tour. This is a 100% volunteer driven effort. You should also note that internet access is limited and you should not expect email replies from your Trooper. Free time is at a premium for performing members and computer access is not guaranteed at any time.

Care Package Info

The corps also has arranged care package drop sites along the tour. Check the corps schedule page for the care package drop sites.

Things you might consider sending in a care package:

-New socks. Nothing feels better on tour than brand new socks.
-Homemade goodies. Brownies or cookies are great and easy to share on a long bus ride.
-Visa check card or Walmart gift card for those mid-tour stockups.
-Pictures from home of the pets or family.
-Quarters for laundry day.
-Personal care items that may run low on tour
-Small bottles of hand disinfectant gel.
-Single serve tubes of crystal light/gatorade for yucky water
-Sunscreen -- members can never have enough!
-Letters or cards with words of encouragement

Cards & Letters

The Troopers will accept and forward postal mail (letters) for the members, too. The address to send letters to is below. The corps office will forward letters usually once per week to the corps housing stop at a particular show.
