Sled: The PEO Wyoming Throw And 2019 Wyoming Historical Calendar
This lovely, full color cotton throw contains images of many symbols of Wyoming including a sunset over the Grand Teton Mountains, Yellowstone Falls, Devils Tower (the first National Monument), wild blue lupines and Indian Paintbrush (the state flower), and wildlife including a bald eagle, bison, moose, rainbow trout, a bugling elk, and a meadow lark (the state bird). Tying all of these symbols together are forests of evergreen and aspen and the Snake River. At the bottom is a rustic sign with “Wyoming 1890” (the year of Wyoming statehood). The throw designed by Casper Wyoming PEO members, is available through Chapter G, with all the proceeds going to support educational programs for women. This 100% cotton throw, measures 4’x 6’ with a fringed edge. It is washable and dryable. Included is a 2019 Wyoming Historical Calendar by the Wyoming State Historical Society.
