About the Event
STEP 1: PURCHASE YOUR TICKET
This is a full weekend camp in Eaton, CO for Brass, Percussion, and Conductors. Transportation, equipment, food, and housing is provided.
If you are planning to fly in for this camp, we suggest booking your flights into the Denver International Airport.
The drive time from the airport to the school is a little over an hour.
This ticket is non-refundable.
- Please note: Purchasing your ticket and completing Step 1 does not mean you are registered. You MUST also complete Step 2.
STEP 2: FILL OUT YOUR COMPLETE REGISTRATION
After you have purchased your ticket for the in person audition or camp, be sure to complete the registration process by clicking the following link https://www.powr.io/form-builder/i/37136426#page
Those flying into Denver International Airport will be transported by bus to the camp location in Eaton, Colorado on Friday, March 15th. Your flight should arrive in Denver no later than 3:00pm Mountain Time. This provides a buffer in case of delays.
***If you are wanting to reserve a seat on the shuttle bus, you must register by Friday, March 1st.***
Once you arrive, and retrieve your luggage, please proceed to baggage claim to check in with a designated Trooper representative (TBA). In the days leading up to this camp, contact info will be provided for the airport point of contact.
The Bus will depart the Denver airport at 5:00pm MST and arrive at the camp location shortly after 6:00pm MST.
Anyone arriving later than 5:00pm MST will be responsible for their own transportation to the camp location.
On Sunday, following the camp, the buses will transport you back to the Denver airport. You should arrive at the airport sometime around 2:00pm MST. To be safe, choose a later flight that departs after 4:00pm MST.
