Lebanon, IN - Brass Only

STEP 1: PURCHASE YOUR TICKET

This is a full weekend audition camp in Lebanon, IN for Brass. Transportation, equipment, food, and housing is provided. 

If you are planning to fly in for this audition, we suggest booking your flights into the Indianapolis, IN airport. The drive time from the airport to the school is about 30 minutes. 

This  ticket is non-refundable.

• Please note: Purchasing your ticket and completing Step 1 does not mean you are registered. You MUST also complete Step 2.

SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION

If you are planning to reserve a seat on our shuttle bus, your complete registration must be submitted by Thursday, November 23rd at 11:59pm ET. Read below for details.

FLIGHT INFORMATION

Those flying into Indianapolis, Indiana, you will be transported by bus to the camp location in Lebanon, Indiana on Friday, December 8th. Your flight should arrive in Indy no later than 3:00pm Eastern Time. This provides a buffer in case of delays.

Once you arrive, and retrieve your luggage, please proceed to the center of the Civic Plaza inside the airport (It’s where all the food venues are) to check in with a designated Trooper representative (TBA).

The Bus will depart the Indianapolis airport at 5:00pm ET and arrive at the camp location shortly before 6:00pm ET.

Anyone arriving later than 5:00pm ET will be responsible for their own transportation to the camp location.

On Sunday, following the camp, the buses will transport you back to the Indianapolis airport. You should arrive at the airport sometime around 2:00pm ET. To be safe, choose a later flight that departs after 4:00pm ET.
