About the Event

If you are planning to reserve a seat on our shuttle bus, your complete registration must be completed by Thursday, April 20th at 11:59pm MT. Read below for details.

FLIGHT INFORMATION

Those flying into Denver International Airport will be transported by bus to the camp location in Eaton, Colorado on Friday, May 5th. Your flight should arrive in Denver no later than 3:00pm Mountain Time. This provides a buffer in case of delays.

Once you arrive, and retrieve your luggage, please proceed to baggage claim to check in with a designated Trooper representative (TBA). In the days leading up to this camp, contact info will be provided for the airport point of contact.

The Bus will depart the Denver airport at 5:00pm MT and arrive at the camp location shortly after 6:00pm MT.

Anyone arriving later than 5:00pm MT will be responsible for their own transportation to the camp location.

On Sunday, following the camp, the buses will transport you back to the Denver airport. You should arrive at the airport sometime around 1:30pm MT. To be safe, choose a later flight that departs after 3:30pm MT.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL

All attendees must take a Covid-19 test within five days prior to departing for camp. This can be a home kit such as BINAX Now. If you test positive or are feeling sick for any reason, do not attend the camp. If you are unable to attend the camp due to a positive test, please reach out to the corps director and your caption head to discuss alternative audition opportunities.
