About the Event
STEP 1: PURCHASE YOUR TICKET
This is a full weekend camp in Greenfield, IN for Brass, Percussion, and Conductors. Transportation, equipment, food, and housing is provided.
If you are planning to fly in for this audition, we suggest booking your flights into the Indianapolis International Airport.Â
The drive time from the airport to the school is about 50 minutes.
This  ticket is non-refundable.

FLIGHT & SHUTTLE INFORMATION
If you are planning to reserve a seat on our shuttle bus, your complete registration must be completed by Thursday, January 25th at 11:59pm MT. Read below for details.
Those flying into Indianapolis International Airport - IND will need to schedule flights arriving prior to 3:00pm EST on Friday, February 9th. Troopers will provide a shuttle for staff and members from the airport at 5:00pm EST. Troopers will not be able to provide transportation if you arrive after the shuttle has departed unless there was an unavoidable delay in your flight for the day. Please try to find the earliest arriving flight to Indianapolis, to ensure you’re able to make the shuttle on time.
On Sunday, February 11th you will be returned to the Indianapolis International Airport - IND. If you choose to ride from the airport on the shuttle, you can also ride the shuttle back to the airport. You should arrive at the airport sometime around 2:00pm EST. To be safe, choose a later flight that departs after 4:00pm EST.
Everyone will be sleeping at the school, so please be prepared with an air mattress and other things you might need for a multiple overnight stay.
