About the Event

If you are planning to reserve a seat on our shuttle bus, your complete registration and bus fee must be completed and paid by Monday, December 5th at 11:59pm. Read below for details.
FLIGHT INFORMATION
Those flying into Indianapolis, Indiana, will be transported by bus to the camp location in Greenfield, Indiana on Friday, December 16th. Your flight should arrive in Indy no later than 3:00pm Eastern Time. This provides a buffer in case of delays. For this camp, there is an additional $55 bus fee that you will have to pay when submitting your full registration form.
Once you arrive, and retrieve your luggage, please proceed to the center of the Civic Plaza inside the airport (It’s where all the food venues are) to check in with a designated Trooper representative (TBA).
The Bus will depart the Indianapolis airport at 5:00pm ET and arrive at the camp location shortly after 6:00pm ET.
Anyone arriving later than 5:00pm ET will be responsible for their own transportation to the audition location.
On Sunday, following the camp, the buses will transport you back to the Indianapolis airport. You should arrive at the airport sometime around 2:30pm ET. To be safe, choose a later flight that departs after 4:30pm ET.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL
All attendees must take a Covid-19 test within five days prior to departing for camp. If you test positive or are feeling sick for any reason, do not attend the camp. If you are unable to attend the camp due to a positive test, please reach out to the corps director and you caption head to discuss alternative audition opportunities.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
This will be a traditional style Trooper camp. Sleeping on gym floors (bring an air mattress), rehearsing indoors, with amazing meal breaks that are all provided by the Troopers Food Team. Friday evening you will get started, meeting your instructors and other participants, Saturday will be an intense full day of rehearsal where you’ll learn everything from our warm ups, marching styles, and more. Sunday you will wrap up the experience and then head home. Throughout the weekend, auditionees will be given the opportunity to showcase their individual audition to brass staff, design team, and senior administration. For specific details on your section, reach out to your caption head and staff.
