The Troopers food truck is more than a kitchen on wheels. It is the heart of life on the road, providing thousands of meals each summer for approximately 220 members, staff, and volunteers.

During the 2025 tour, our longtime food truck suffered a catastrophic frame failure and had to be abandoned. The generosity of the drum corps community helped us finish the season.​
​
In 2026, we were fortunate to lease a food truck from the Mandarins Drum & Bugle Corps while they took the season off. Their generosity gave us the time we needed to plan for the future. With the Mandarins returning in 2027, it is now time for the Troopers to move forward with a permanent solution of our own.

Heart of the Road is our $250,000 campaign to outfit a new Troopers food truck built to feed and support the corps for the next decade.
