About the Event

If you are planning to reserve a seat on our shuttle bus, your complete registration must be completed by Thursday, March 9th at 11:59pm ET. Read below for details.
Those flying into Indianapolis, Indiana, you will be transported by bus to the camp location in Greenfield, Indiana on Friday, March 24th. Your flight should arrive in Indy no later than 3:00pm Eastern Time. This provides a buffer in case of delays.
Once you arrive, and retrieve your luggage, please proceed to the center of the Civic Plaza inside the airport (It’s where all the food venues are) to check in with a designated Trooper representative (TBA).
The Bus will depart the Indianapolis airport at 5:00pm ET and arrive at the camp location shortly after 6:00pm ET.
Anyone arriving later than 5:00pm ET will be responsible for their own transportation to the camp location.
On Sunday, following the camp, the buses will transport you back to the Indianapolis airport. You should arrive at the airport sometime around 2:30pm ET. To be safe, choose a later flight that departs after 4:30pm ET.

All attendees must take a Covid-19 test within five days prior to departing for camp. This can be a home kit such as BINAX Now. If you test positive or are feeling sick for any reason, do not attend the camp. If you are unable to attend the camp due to a positive test, please reach out to the corps director and your caption head to discuss alternative audition opportunities.
Now that you have purchased your camp ticket, you need to register for camp. Be sure to have your travel plans in order, and any pertinent medical related information that our health and food teams will need to know.
