This crucial role is all about keeping the corps moving smoothly during spring training and summer tour – ensuring that the legendary Troopers experience remains unforgettable for everyone involved.

If you’ve ever been part of a drum corps or have a love for the marching arts, you know how important it is to keep things running behind the scenes. From organizing daily schedules to handling logistics and working with members, staff, and volunteers, this role is at the heart of keeping the Troopers on track. It’s not just about administration – it’s about being part of the Troopers family.

What They’re Looking For

The Troopers want people who thrive on collaboration and can think on their feet – individuals who know that drum corps life can be unpredictable and are ready to roll with whatever challenges come their way. Ideal candidates are 22 or older, with college students or recently aged-out members being a perfect fit.
