Troopers Expand Administrative Team with Addition of Nick Putnam

Troopers Drum and Bugle Corps is pleased to welcome Nick Putnam to its administrative team.
Putnam will put his strong background in drum corps administration, management, development and relationship building to work supporting the operations of America’s Corps.
"We are very excited to add Nick to the Troopers team. His background in drum corps administration in recent years will be an incredible asset to the organization. I am beyond excited to work side by side with him in the management of the 2023 Troopers," said Michael Gough, Corps Director.
As the Troopers seek to build on recent successes and continue to enhance the member experience, Putnam’s work will focus on the management of many of the complex logistics that play out in the day to day operations of the corps itself.
Nick has an extensive background in the marching arts as a performer, educator, and administrator. He marched six seasons of drum corps, including three years with the Spokane Thunder and three years with the Madison Scouts. He served in various administrative roles with the Madison Scouts after aging out including a role as assistant director and as development director. Putnam has served as visual designer and instructor for multiple high school marching bands and was assistant director for Pulse Percussion. Most recently, Nick served as the Corps Director for the Crossmen Drum & Bugle Corps.
